Dr. Linda Xu is Director of Data Analytics & AI at MealSuite, where she owns AI end to end, leading AI strategy, AI governance and decision-support systems. She brought over 30 departments under central AI governance with real-time cost visibility, and works alongside AI agents she built as digital workers. Dr. Linda Xu began in operations research: her PhD at the University of Plymouth, supervised by Dongping Song, Michael Roe and Sarah Tuck, studied supply chain performance under uncertainty, and led to the book Optimizing Supply Chain Performance with Michael Roe and Dongping Song. She then led digital twin and Internet of Things research at the University of Sheffield, delivered digital supply chain and AI programmes as a consultant for manufacturing, healthcare and logistics clients, and led automation and data transformation for global logistics at Veralto (Trojan Technologies), where she managed a 12-person team and a $15M annual budget and sat on the AI governance committee. Since April 2026 she has been Director of Data Analytics & AI at MealSuite, where she leads AI strategy, AI governance and decision-support systems. She owns AI end to end. She brought over 30 departments and every MCP connection under central governance, gave every employee real-time and in-session visibility of AI cost, and has tracked a 38% reduction in AI cost. She works alongside AI agents she built as digital workers, which take the repeat work so her time goes to strategy, hands-on model work and the people behind each project.

Dr. Linda Xu (publishes academically as Wei Xu). Many researchers share the name Wei Xu. Her papers are on supply chains under uncertainty, technology management and entrepreneurship, with co-authors Dongping Song, Michael Roe and Jonathan D. Linton.
